Because you didn’t already have too much in your backlog, let’s add another 30 things to do! It’s super simple to be involved. Â Just follow these simple steps. It’s just that easy!
Visit the #vDM3in30 Official Page here: #vdm30in30
How to #vDM30in30 in 4 easy steps
- Add a comment to this blog indicating you’re participating and include a link to your blog
- Write 30 pieces of blog content to publish in November
- Tweet each blog with the #vDM30in30 hashtag on Twitter
- Cheer on your community colleagues by sharing their content with your social streams
Things to think about when creating #vDM30in30 content:
- Keep it enjoyable, meaningful, and fun
- Your content may span across multiple sites (e.g. I write for 2 blogs, so there will be 15 articles per site)
- You don’t have to do all 30. The point is that it’s about trying to push ourselves in a positive way
- Seriously, just have fun with it
- Get started now with content to publish later. Â This is what we call having blogs “in the can” as the old filmmakers used to say
- If you don’t have a blog, we will happily let you post on the Virtual Design Master site for any content
Yes, this is a lot of content to create and publish in a month. Â Yes, you may even be criticized a little because quantity doesn’t equate itself to quality. Â The goal is to push ourselves a little bit to spur on the creative juices.
Like Donkey Kong! Need something to push through the post-VMworld blogging lethargy, so I’m in.
Awesome!! Welcome to #vDM30in30, Dee!

Excellent! Welcome to #vDM30in30, Val 🙂
Hey Eric, I’m in! My November is gonna be manic, so if I manage half the posts then that’ll be good for me. Any more is just gravy,

Woohoo! Welcome to the fun, Dave 🙂 It’s all about giving ourselves those stretch goals.
I’m in! I have several blogs but basically I’ll tweet em with @arielsanchezmor
Great stuff, Ariel! Make sure to tag them as #vDM30in30 and we will share them out as well.
I’m in, even though I’m out of the country for nine days in November. Setting myself up I think…
@JohnAPrice29 – http://www.infotechthings.com
That’s what I like to see, John! Every effort counts, and I admire that you’re taking a run at it even with a full schedule. Welcome to #vDM30in30 🙂
I’m in! Hopefully this will lend itself to a bunch of new content on https://koolaid.info

Welcome to #vDM30in30, Peter!
With the caveat that I had to bow out of #VDM30in30 last year due to the onset of carpal tunnel syndrome, I’m in again this year. I haven’t had serious symptoms since February of this year and I’ve modified my input methods and habits, so I’m going to just hope for the best.
I’ll be posting at two of my blogs:
http://geekfoodcritic.com – refocusing my food blog to write about my journey to lose weight and get healthy
https://mikestanley.me – my everything else blog
It’ll be fun trying to squeeze a daily blog post into my routine, but I won’t know if I can do it if I don’t try. 🙂
Welcome to the fun, Mike! Hope that we can keep the carpal tunnel away for good for you. In fact, it would be good to share things that you do to help with it. I bet that a lot of people would be able to benefit from that content 🙂
I’m in. I’ll probably spread it over 3 blogs though (sorry!).
For sure http://ginaminks.com/wordpress
I’m doing the same. It’s all about learning to create and share content, regardless of where it’s hosted!
Im In! http://www.virtualisedfruit.co.uk/
Welcome to #vDM30in30, Gareth!
I’m in. I will document some of the VCDX and professional development I’m suffering through. I’ll be in @tbgree00 and thomgreene.com
Woot! Welcome to #vDM30in30, Thom!

Put mwpreston.net on the list!!!!
Yay!! Welcome aboard, Mike!
I think that I’ll throw my hat in the ring this year. Go ahead and add blog.kmsigma.com to your list. Hopefully, I can keep up.
Nice!! Welcome to #vDM30in30, Kevin!
@triggan and myself are keeping each other accountable this month. I’m @jeorryb
datarambler.com
Looking good, Jeorry! Welcome to the event 🙂
Eric, just posted post number 1 and have a few more stored up to release over the coming days. Providing this new gig doesn’t weigh me down too much you should see me throughout. – You can find my RSS feed here – http://vzilla.co.uk/1/feed and i am @MichaelCade1
Great stuff, Michael! I’ve added you to the page 🙂
Howdy Eric!
Hope all is well and what a great idea! This is not my forte and really going to be a great growth experience as I learn to hone my blogging skills, to be a better blogger and hopefully in the process I come up with some content that can be of use to the community. This is such a great community that gives so much. I appreciate the opportunity learn and grow in the process! 🙂 Thanks!
Great to hear, Wences! I’m excited to see you join the challenge. Everyone wins when we push ourselves together 🙂
rnelson0 pointed me here! Considering my blog only has 29 posts, reaching 30in30 is a reach, but here I go anyway! @DarylWiest
Awesome! Welcome to the challenge, Daryl! 🙂
A little late to the game, but lets try and do #VDM30in30
Never too late, Christopher!
